Isolist is a fully-supported product, under one of the following arrangements:
We want you always to be able to continue to use our best products, reliably and without any worry. We have therefore established a maintenance contract that transfers your concerns to us and minimises your cost of ownership. In this arrangement we are committed to delivering to you the best possible service that we can.
Benefits to you of the Maintenance Contract are:
Priority technical support means our best efforts to resolve your problem by email or telephone and using remote on-line support where necessary. Resolutions to priority support requests are targeted to be resolved within one business day. Any software patches that may be required to resolve a specific problem that you have will be given development and release priority.
With a Maintenance Contract, you will automatically receive all minor releases and patches to the software you have bought. You will also receive automatic upgrades to new versions that are released within the period covered by the contract.
Maintenance contracts run for a period of one year and must be renewed annually to provide ongoing benefits. Late renewals will be back-dated to begin on the last contract expiration date.
All users of Isolist receive a basic level of email technical support.
In addition, all licencees are entitled free of charge to all minor version upgrades or bug fixes that may be released after purchase. Licencees not covered by a maintenance contract are offered substantial discounts (approximately 40%) on major version upgrades.
