Installing Isolist

To install and use Isolist, follow these steps:

  1. Save the setup file ‘IsolistSetup.exe’ to your PC
  2. Double-click on the setup file and follow the instructions provided to install Isolist
  3. After installation, start Excel (or restart Excel if it's already open)
  4. To use the Isolist reconciliation function, choose ‘Reconcile with Isolist...’ from the Excel Data menu


Microsoft Office Macro Security

Availability of add-in programs in Microsoft Excel is controlled by Macro Security settings to provide protection against macro viruses. The Isolist add-in is digitally signed and therefore may be used even in secure environments where the macros security level is set to ‘high’.

Depending on the security settings in your installation of Excel, you may see the following Security Warning box when you first start Excel after installing Isolist.

This box tells you that the macro code originated from Moverve Limited - which your PC automatically verifies, using the digital signature, by checking with an independent trust authority.

If you trust that Moverve Limited provides you with virus-free code and want to use Isolist - which we recommend ;-) - take these actions:

This will add Moverve Limited to the list of trusted publishers maintained by Microsoft Office and allow you to run Isolist without further security prompts each time you start Excel.
